“Toasty” is but another tool for Nike’s “Move To Zero” initiative, its fleece, quilting, and the like coming together to create a rather fresh take on sustainability. And the theme, after previously appearing on two Dunk Lows, will also outfit two Dunk Highs.
This pair, unlike its counterpart leaked weeks back, is far more colorful. The quilted upper, which is pieced together by many a different swatch, alternates between shades both neutral and vibrant. A light, pastel green, for example, dresses the entirety of the ankle flap, while tans dye the suede eye stay, laces, and just half of the mid-panel. White, then, fills in the rest, matching the toe, collar, tongue, and the warming fleece that upholsters the lining. Finally, the tread dyes a dark brown like the toe, its main distinction being the scraps that signal its recycled nature.
