Black Friday and Cyber Monday have always been adidas Yeezy‘s time to shine, and for 2020’s event, the brand has not only prepared two clean takes of the Yeezy Boost 380 but also the return of the beloved Yeezy 500 Utility Black.
Appearing now just as it did years back, the colorway dresses many of its premium suede panels in the titular shade, one that — instead of a typical full black — seems more faded, near grey at a glance. The wide gauge mesh adjacent follows suit somewhat, though because of its innate texture, it seems far darker much like the rounded tooling below. Laces units then finish with rounded strings and robust, supportive leather panels.
